Owner & Creative Director
Bella Al Fresco is a minority owned business operating out of Northern, VA by Jay & Gerson Quintanilla. We share a love for intimate events. Married for 12 years and working closely together, we decide to create "Bella Al Fresco." Jay is the creative design director and Gerson is the muscle...making us the ultimate team.
Realizing our shared passion for creating memorable luxury events, we decided to bring these fun picnics to the DMV area. We would love to help you celebrate your special occasion with the "Ultimate Luxury Experience."
